You may return any misrepresented merchandise in original condition by contacting us for return authorization within 5 days of receiving your order. We will refund the total sales amount, and the original shipping charges if the product was not as described, and is our error. Please read our product descriptions carefully prior to bidding.
PAYMENT TERMS
All payment must be in US Dollars. Our preferred payment is through PayPal, which accepts most credit cards and e-checks, and expected within 3 days. If you anticipate additional purchases within this time frame, please notify us immediately so that we may calculate combined shipping and send one invoice.
If you have not contacted us (or responded to our emails to you) within 3 days we will cancel the transaction, re-list and resell the item. We also will report the non-payment to eBay in order to recover our eBay selling fees.
SHIPPING
Upon receipt of cleared funds, we will ship your purchase within 2 business days (Monday through Saturday), in most instances same day shipment when paid for by noon MST. Credit card and direct PayPal payments clear instantly. E-checks through PayPal may take as many as 10 days to clear. We do not ship until payment receipt is verified.
You will be notified via eBay messaging the day your purchase is shipped. domestic shipments include the delivery confirmation number, international shipments include customs label number. (Note: Please check your spam filter setting to allow eBay messages.)
International shoppers please ask for combined invoice for multiple purchases, or for individual purchases use the international shipping calculator. All shipping quotes are in US Dollars. Many countries impose import taxes or duty fees. These taxes and fees are the responsibility of the purchaser. These taxes or fees are not included in the shipping quote. We will complete all customs forms. We will value the shipment at your purchase price (not including shipping). We will not mark any purchase as a gift.
Please contact us if any product is damaged in transit, we will replace when possible, or refund your payment for one of a kind items.
