NOTICE: if your city is the remote area in DHL service (you can go to DHL site check it ), you should add to 39 USD for the shipping cost. Otherwise we will use another express delivery sent the dress to you .

And computer screens also have chromatic aberration, especially between CRT screen and LCD screen. so we can not guarantee that the color of our dresses will be exactly the same with the photographs that you watch on the computer.
2. Dress will start to be made and delivered only after payment has cleared and all the measurements and the color offered.
the dress will be custom, the making time need about 20 workdays. The shipping time need about 5-7 workdays. So the total time need about 27 workdays.
If you need the dress ASAP. Please tell us before you buy the dress.
Then we can talk about the time. so we can make the dress and sent it to you ASAP.
3.The price is not include any accessories such as gloves, veil and the crinoline which maybe you can see on the pictures. The price is only for the dress.

Return Policy:
We really want you to be happy with your purchase. When you find the dress has question about the quality after you receive it. please contact us in 3 days. Then we can talk about it and give you a satisfaction result.
If the question caused by us, we can return the money to you. But you should to sent the dress back to us. You also should pay for all the shipping cost. When we get the dress which is looks same as we sent to you. We will return the dress price to you, it will not including shipping cost.
But if the question caused by the follow reason, we will not return the money.
1. we make the dress as the size you gave me. if the dress problem cause by your measure, we will not return the money. if your measurement are right, the mistake was me, we will return the money to you .
2: Since computer screens have chromatic aberration, especially between CRT screen and LCD screen, we can not guarantee that the color of our products will be exactly the same with the photographs you saw.
