may need to go up in size from what you
normally would wear with some other brands).

*TO MEASURE
YOUR FEET - Tape a piece of blank paper on flat surface floor. Stand on paper while
putting all your weight down on your foot (use your
largest foot if one is larger than the other). Have someone trace the outline of your foot.
Then measure from tip of toe to heel. Then see "INCHES or CENTIMETERS" on chart
below to get the correct U.S. "W" Sizes.

SHIPPING INFORMATION: All footwear is "special-ordered"
at time of purchase and can take anywhere up to three weeks to ship (depending
on style of shoe/boot). Busy holiday seasons (such as Christmas, etc) may take
slightly longer than 3 weeks to ship (depends on style of shoe/boot and the
shoemaker's workload). The actual shipping delivery time depends on destination
& shipping service used. We only ship by either UPS ground, USPS Priority, or
USPS International Express. We will keep you updated and send you a shipping
notice w/tracking number via Ebay messages once they are actually shipped to
you.

BUYERS:

duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or
shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s
responsibility and are normally collected by the delivering freight
(shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse

RETURNS, REFUNDS and EXCHANGES: Because these shoes/boots
are custom hand-crafted "just for you at time of purchase", we cannot
accept returns or exchanges for any reason other than for manufacturer
defects. Only "authorized" returns will be accepted for an exact
exchange due to manufacturer defects (no refunds), and they must be
returned within 7 days of receipt. You must also contact us first prior
to returning for the return instructions. Footwear must be returned in
the same new condition they were shipped to you, include the original
packing (scuff bag, shoe box, etc), and they must be unworn, clean and
odor free (otherwise the shoemaker will not honor the exchange). Any and
all shipping charges are not refundable. Return shipping costs is the
responsibility of the buyer and is not refundable.
Please read our Karo's brand size chart carefully to select your correct
size.
**Under no circumstance
will we authorize a return due to faults of any UPS/USPS delivery
delays, International customs delays, customers not allowing enough time
for when the footwear is needed (see shipping info), or any other
circumstances that are beyond our personal control.
**Any "unauthorized",
"non-deliverable", "unclaimed" "refused delivery" or "return to sender"
returns (domestic or international) will result in no refund or
exchange. |
