We offer a 30 Day Limited Warranty for this item. We allow bidders to return the unused item for a REFUND of item price (Shipping and handling are non refundable). If Item is damaged or not working on arrival, please report the item to us within 7 days of receiving the defective product so we can issue a exchange.

Please contact us to request a return authorization. Please include your name, auction number, and reason for return in the email. All items returned must contain all original packaging materials.

Please carefully repack the item. Items returned will be tested and if found defective, we will be shipped a new replacement unit immediately. In the event that a suitable replacement is not available a refund will be issued. Shipping, handling and insurance fees are non refundable.

If the item is not found defective or damaged, the item will be sent back to the buyer at buyer’s expense. Items returned without our authorization will be refused and returned to the sender.
