as well as CGC and CGC books, I believe in subjectivity as to being
within a one grade difference. However, nobody is perfect, not even CGC.

to know that I am not new to comic books or Ebay
as I've had another user name on Ebay for 5+ years
where I have been primarily a buyer of collectible
comic books and have done some selling
adhereing to the Overstreet Comic Book Grading Guide
as best that I can...Thus_ this separate site, where I will
primarily, offer books for purchase keeping the other established
site for buying_ It has a FB score closing in on 1000 @ 100%.
Thank God. 
I have a decent handle on grading as I endeavor to follow
Overstreet plus studying CGC books that I own at different grades.
I hold with subjectivity as to being accurate within one grade
according to guidelines set forth by Overstreet & CGC.
I can miscue but I try to learn from it. For one thing,
if I go too long without opening the grading book and
spend too much time looking at the many over-graded books
on Ebay and other comic book auction sites as well...
I begin to slip. Example: VG+s can have such a high eye
appeal as to be passed off as a Fine grade. Finally,I try to place
myself in the buyers shoes.
