Return/Exchange Policy
All Returns/Exchanges must be post-marked within 14 days of receiving item.

All merchandise purchased from PERF-MOTO is sold in its original factory packaging with all contents as supplied to us by the manufacturer/distributor. Therefore it can be returned or exchanged only if in original manufacturer's packaging, same condition as sold, with all literature/instructions/documentation and attached tags, instructions, etc. Worn items, used items and any items without the tags attached will be refused.

Never ship an item in its original manufacturers packaging because this will damage the packaging. Please use a cardboard/postal box or other adequate packaging to ensure your return or exchange is not damaged on the way back to PERF-MOTO. In other words, even though your item came in a box, you need to put that box in another box for shipping purposes. We are not responsible for goods we received that are damaged. These damaged goods become the property of the buyer if not shipped properly, and you may be charged to send them back.

All returns/exchanges must include our RETURN/EXCHANGE FORM. This form will include all information to help us process the return/exchange quickly and correctly.

All taxes and/or duties for International shipping are responsibility of the buyer.   Unfortunately, we can not mark as gift or lower the value for international shipments.

Sales tax is collected for Michigan residents only. Michigan sales tax rate is 6%.
 
 

Shipping to the United States will be through FedEx ground or USPS (United States Post Office). Shipping to Canada and all International will be shipped by USPS Priority Mail International, USPS Express Mail International or First Class International.   We reserve the right to change the shipping carrier you picked in the checkout as long as you receive item in same or less shipping time.  

Combined Shipping Discount:*
We offer up to a 42% Shipping Discount if you purchase 2 items or more.  To qualify for the shipping discount, purchases must be paid at the same time and within 4 days of each other. 

Discount example:  This example is if you buy 3 items but it works for any purchase of 2 items or more.  When you buy three items and the shipping charges are $20, $10, and $30, the total shipping cost to you is $30 + ($20 x 0.58) + ($10 x 0.58) = $47.80.  If you didn't get a discount you would have paid $60.00.    We use 0.58  to multiply the shipping rates which achieves the 42% off.  The highest shipping price will NOT be discounted but all the lower shipping prices will receive the 42% discount.  It doesn't matter in what order you buy the items on eBay.  Email us with questions.

*Most Slip-On, Bolt-On and Full System Street Exhausts, and Rims do NOT qualify for the combined shipping discount.
 
If you address is a PO Box, FPO/APO, Alaska or Hawaii, we reserve the right to ship the item(s) USPS.

We will normally ship within 2-5 business days once payment has been verified.
We reserve the right to change shipping providers at any time. Pazzo Levers normally ship within 6 business days once colors and lever length are verified and payment has cleared.

All buyers are responsible for additional shipping and handling charges incurred due to an invalid or undeliverable shipping address.
