This is a huge lot of Tomy Smaller Homes n Garden Dollhouse and its furnitures. Included are also Lundby picture wall hangings Framed mirror and floor cushion. The rocking cradle and the baby inside it are from Fisher Price. The cradle has a detachable mattress and a blue towel to line it.
The living room is complete with the 1. Tomy stereo console and 2. its stereo and 3. speakers and 4. headphones. In the living room is also the 5.Tomy sofa, and 6. potted plant, 7. Lundby formal framed mirror, 8. fireplace tongs, 9. wicker basket with 10. playmobil flowers, 11.Tomy TV cabinet and its 12. TV, 13. Tomy checkers set, 14. Tomy lamp, 15. book with flippable pages, 16. floor grandfather clock that has a dial behind it to adjust the time, 17. Tomy rocking chair. There are also 18. 4 records, two from Tomy in their sleeves and two from a different brand thrown in as a gift. 19. The carpet in front of the fireplace is from Vinatge Caroline's Home dollhouse collection.
In the bathroom there is a 1. tub complete with its faucets, 2. double sink with 3. a cosmetic tray with 4. a hair brush and comb, 5. clothes hamper, 6. weighing scale, 7. side cabinet with potted plants on top and 9. 2 towels in the 2 compartments, and 8. a toilet bowl with the toilet paper dispenser on its side and also 10. a spare roll of toilet paper on the top of the cistern.
In the bedroom there is a 1. Fisher Price double bed with its mattress, 2. Tomy wardrobe with 3 hangers, 3. Lundby picture wall hanging, 4. Tomy carpet with a few small tears, 5. dressing table complete with all its drawers and with 6. a diecast white telephone, 7. Tomy floor length mirror, 8. a potted plant on top of a little table and 9. another Lundby picture wall hanging at the top of the staircase, 10. A Fisher Price high backed chair and a 10. FP rocking cradle with a 11. FP baby. 12. The cat on the cradle frolicking with the baby is from Tomy.
In the kitchen there is the 1. Tomy fridge with all its drawers complete and has cans and condiments. 2. Tomy cabinet with a microwave and oven in it complete with its shelves, 3. double sink countertop with dishwasher and its 2 baskets, 4. a cookie sheet/ tray with 4 cookies on it, 5. a flower potted plant, 6. Tomy wife and husband dolls, 7. Tomy round table with 8. 2 Tomy dining chairs, 9. a casserole dish with chicken broilled in it, 10. 2 placemats with 2 plates and 2 napkins rolled it their napkin holders and their cutleries all of these from Tomy. In the kitchen is also a 11. Tomy butcher block with 12. a Tomy pie, 13. a Tomy six pack of Pepsi except it has only 4 bottles, 14. and the Tomy yellow saucepan.
Also, there is 15. a Tomy cooker range with its exhaust with 16. a frying pan, 17. kettle, 18. a roll of paper towel. This kitchen is also furnished with 20. a Tomy breakfast bar with 21. many cans of food, 22. two bar stools. The white coffee pot and the 2 cups on their saucers and not included in this listing but are available on my other listings as this goes with another set but I put them in the picture to show the viewer that this is a breakfast bar. 24. On the breakfast bar is a vintage portable TV and a platter of fruits.
Now the Tomy husband is reading his 25. Sunday paper just like many husbands do at the table much to the annoyance of their wives.
There is also an outdoor grill and a yard chair.
This set comes its original instruction manual and the stickers you put on the walls so you will have nice clean walls instead of having torn, stained or wrinkled up wall paper. Both of the manual and stickers are in very good condition. The flooring on the kitchen floor has a few wrinkles but they are minor. The doors have all their knobs/handles and they are still shiny. The windows are all there and complete and there are not broken or chipped parts. The second flooring is straight with no bending nor the walls.
This is a used dollhouse but it was used for display. All the furniture are in good condition with no fading or broken parts, except for the few small tears in the Tomy carpet due to age and not due to play.
