Please forgive the self-aggrandizement, but I can't tell you how pleased I am with how this latest refurb project turned out.  These classic 1940s Willsons NEVER looked this good, and they probably never had a right to, given their design application as a set of mere industrial goggles.  But we don't love 'em for their past, do we?  We love 'em 'cause they're way cool today!  And here, put through my multi-step restoration process, they look way cooler still!

This set features a 130mm nickle-plated metal frame that's been fully detailed and is as clean as the proverbial whistle. The 48mm vampire-red shatter-resistant lenses are brand new and in perfect condition.  I've also restored the metal-framed plastic shields and installed fresh plastic on the coiled ear pieces, which are adjustable for length.

Also included is the original metal storage case, which has been sanded, repainted, and lined with fresh felt. The metal has a few minor surface dings on it, but it's still very presentable and the spring on the lid is still strong.

Additionally, although these goggles look good and appear like they'll last another 100 years, please remember that they are not new and as such I cannot warrant them against hidden defects that might arise or any harm to the user that might occur from their use. I do my best to describe all my items fully, noting any defects I see in text and photographically. But as the item is not new, I have no knowledge of its previous use, abuse or storage history, I can offer no guarantees regarding performance or safety.

Terms of sale: Payment is due via Paypal within 48 hours from the auction's end unless agreed upon beforehand. I ship only once each week on Wednesday morning, so auctions ending over the weekend and paid for no later than Tuesday evening will go out promptly the following day. Because of this, any delay in payment will result in a longer delay in shipping. It's important to note that at this time of year weather can negatively impact my ability to ship as quickly as I'd like, so if there is a delay of a day or two please be understanding. As always, I'll report any such delays and will inform you when your glasses have been shipped.
