At the end of every auction winning bidder will receive an email asking for basic information (name, address, phone number and email). This information is required within 24 hours of ending auction. Within 48 hours of receiving this information buyer will be emailed a purchase agreement (if not received within that time frame please contact us and notify of this issue).
Payment and completed contract is required in escrow within 7 days of auctions end. If payment and contract is not received a dispute with eBay will be opened and property resold (buyer will be blocked from any future purchases and strike left on their account).
