Up for sale are Brand New Genuine Full Versions of Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit disc with Service Pack 1 with RETAIL Product Key (either Clean install and/or upgrade). These discs come directly from Microsoft in their promotional packaging and as such they are 100% Genuine. I guarantee it for the life of the product. Again, you will receive 1 64bit Disc Service Pack 1 with Retail Product Key.
Word of Advice (based on experience): There is an abundant supply of counterfeit software here on ebay that REALLY REALLY looks like the real thing(box and label) and instead of regular retail product keys they come with MS Developmental Network keys. These keys are made for Research and development,and once Microsoft finds out these keys are not being used for that purpose they will blacklist the keys which will leave buyers out their money. It usally takes 3 months for Microsoft to find out that these product keys are not being used for their purpose, and as such paypal only allows claims for up to 60 days-thats about 30 days too late to file a claim-***my opinion is that about 90% of the "retail boxes" being sold here on ebay are fake-just stay away.
I also want to say that most people selling the fake software don't even know they are selling fake software. They just think they got themselves a great deal and are passing the savings on to others whilst making a little for themselves.

As you can see in the photos above the COA on top of the box looks legit, fact is, there FAKE,. If it doesn't match the following COA on Microsoft's website to a "T" then its fake (go to "purchased retail" link")
And if the COA sticker on top says "Made in the USA" like the ones above, then with absolute certainty you can know its a fake-Microsoft doesn't make Windows 7 Ultimate full version nor any software witha SKU number in the USA. So again, if you see "made in the USA" don't even consider it for 1 second and if you see someone selling such software let them know he/she is selling counterfeit software. Note:Windows 7 ultimate upgrade from home premium COA states made in USA, but there is no SKU number(see microsoft link it shows the larger COA).
And remember, the counterfeiters have corrected their "Made in the USA" mistake and are now correctly labelling them with - "Made in Peurto Rico" and the correct sku number glc-00182, nonetheless, when matched up to Microsoft's COA you can still distinguish it as being fake.
