• PREFERRED PAYMENT METHODS - Verified PayPal (Confirmed address)
• CONFIRMED ADDRESS REQUIRED - We will only ship to billing address of the confirmed address from PayPal.
• IMMEDIATE PAYMENT REQUIRED - Immediate Payment is required for "buy it now".
• PAYMENT TERMS - Payment is due within 7 days of auction end. After 7 days, all non-paying bidders may be reported and a dispute may be filed. Non-paying bidders may receive a negative feedback.
• SALES TAX - Orders shipped within California will be charged 8.75% California Sales Tax.

• GUARANTEED SAFE SHIPMENT - We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you. Item will be shipped immediately on the same or next business day(within 2 business days for wheels) after receiving full payment.

• QUOTE SHIPPING PRICE FOR OUTSIDE OF CONTINENTAL US - All international and outside of continental US orders are qualified with an additional shipping cost. Please contact us for shipping quotes outside the continental United States, Alaska, and other countries.
• NO P.O. BOX/ APO/ FPO DELIVERY

• FREE SHIPPING TERMS - It is only available for the Continental Unite States.  ( *NOTES: Free shipping does not apply to returned items.)
• SHIPPING METHODS - Items will be shipped via USPS, FedEx or UPS Ground Service where available.

• DELIVERY PERIOD - We generally ship within 2 business days after receipt of payment during regular business hours and days. Delivery may take up to 7-10 days depending on demand and location. Our hours of operation are from 10:00am to 5:00pm P.S.T. (Monday-Friday). We are closed on Saturdays and Sundays.
• NO WALK-IN CUSTOMERS - We are not a retail store and we don't have an exhibition room. All products are located in our warehouse. We don't expect buyer come to inspect products before purchase. The quality of products can be 100% trusted.
•  LOCAL PICK-UP AVAILABLE - Local Pick up is available after we receive whole payment from PayPal. Please contact us to schedule a pickup date and time.

Returns Policy

• RETURN REPORT - All returns must be reported within 5 days after you receive your order.
• RMA REQUIRED - Any items returned without a RMA (return merchandise authorization) number will not be accepted. Please contact us if item is wrong or defective within 5 days after the delivery date to obtain a RMA #.
• S/H FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE - Shipping and handling are NON-REFUNDABLE in all cases .It is customers' responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us. (Unless it's wrong merchandise)
• RETURN CHARGE - 
    Freight Cost - 20% of merchandise value (as freight cost) will be charged if goods initial purchase in free shipping. *
    Restocking Fee - 25% restocking fee will be charged. 
    *NOTES: Free shipping offer does not apply to returned items.
• REFUND ACCEPTABLE TERMS -  
    Item must be returned with original condition (unused, completed package) or the refund won't be issued. 
    Unmounted wheel required. Please do not mount wheels if you find the damage on wheels. 
    Refund (excluding freight cost & restocking fee) will be processed after we receive the perfect original condition package.
• RETURN INSTRUCTION - We will email you the Return Instructions if return happens.
• CLAIM - A claim will be filed with the shipping company for any lost, stolen or damaged items.

Terms & Conditions

• GOODS CONDITIONS - All wheels are brand new in the factory box, first line, unblemished and authentic.
• NON-PAYING BUYERS/BIDDERS REPORT - All non-paying buyers/bidders may be reported and a dispute may be filed. Non-paying buyers/bidders may receive a negative feedback.
• INSPECT GOODS - Please inspect all wheels once the package arrives. Report any damages back to us immediately.
• INSTALL TEST - Test fit all the wheels before mount tires. Once wheels are mounted on tires, they cannot be returned.

We specifically disclaim any implied warranties of title, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Customers should satisfy themselves that any item choice made is suitable for their intended purpose or use. We pride ourselves on our customer service. In the rare event that you have a problem with your item please contact us and we'll be happy to help.
• SHOP4WHEEL WARRANTY - All wheels carry a limited lifetime warranty for structure and one-year limited warranty against defects of material or workmanship under normal and reasonable use, from the date of purchase. Original receipt with printed date of purchase is required when making a warranty claim. This warranty will be void if the following situations applied:
  " Wheels damaged due to: misuse, abuse, negligence, impact, accident or modification.
  " Wheels not installed according to appropriated instructions, or damaged due to exceeding load rating or improper tire size installed.
  " Wheel that are altered or repaired.
  " Wheels transferred to another party other than original purchaser.
  " Wheel corrosion or cosmetic flaws after purchased due to car wash damage, chemicals, caustic cleaning agents, climate conditions or neglect.
  " Appearance defects in wheels that have been mounted after purchase or have been sold as a blemished product.
  Purchaser assumes full responsibility and liability for any and all damages from road hazards, accidents, physical or chemical, to the wheels, vehicle and passengers.
