Brand new looking speaker system without a single scratch, for all purposes brand new in original box with original styrofoam packing with the original plastic sleeves still on speakers (except for the sub which I removed to take pictures). The reviews on Amazon.com are very nice for this system and this would make a wonderful bedroom system! When you open the box you'll swear that it's brand new and you'll be right, I have not played the system but will guarantee that it does not arrive DOA!

Shipping within the continental US only. Speaking of shipping, some buyers do not understand what costs are involved and occasionally question my charges. To those buyers please pause to consider the following costs: the shipping box, packing nuts, bubble wrap, tape, labels, my time and lastly the gas to go to UPS, FEDEX or the Post Office. UPS shipping charges will include insurance and tracking number. I will ship Parcel Post upon request of the buyer to save money.

Buyer must pay within 48 hours of the close of auction unless prior arrangements are made before the end of the auction. It will be at my discretion to relist for non-payment after 48 hours. I will not ship internationally (see above). Due to the amount of scam artists, I record serial numbers of all electronics. I also take pictures of packages prior to sealing for claims so that Ebay can see how I've packaged. In my brief Ebay sales career I've had buyers demand refund of not only item pricing, but also shipping costs even though I clearly state that I will NOT refund shipping. Please do not bid if you will not abide by the stated terms. Both of us will be happier!

A very high percentage of the items that I put on auction here are from my personal collection and as such, I ask you to consider this - why would I keep non functioning equipment? As we all know, it's much easier to toss it away than even to repair it in most cases! The reason I tell you this is that I want you to know that I will never knowingly sell a piece of faulty equipment simply because I would never keep it in my collection. That being said, please remember that no one is perfect and if I make a mistake, I will do everything in my power to correct it - promise!
