Amazing ornate sterling silver spoon, dated in the center 1593. There are silversmith hallmarks on the back. We don't have the resources to research the hallmarks, but it is definitely European, possibly French. Magnificent piece, weighs 56.6 grams of solid silver. We are selling this on consignment for a friend who came from Europe as a young man.
