We request that you always read all of the manufacturer's printed instructions and information that ships with the products we sell. As such, if you detect any discrepancies between our website information and the manufacturer's printed material please return the product immediately WITHOUT using it and email us about the discrepancy. Once we confirm the information discrepancy that you emailed us, we will refund your money in full as quickly as possible.
Product returns (if you are completely dissatisfied with a product that we sold you)
In the rare event that you are dissatisfied with a product that we sold you then please email us about your product dissatisfaction and we will examine your complaint and forward it to the appropriate people that manufactured the product. We will then email detailed instructions back to you as to how to seek a refund back from the manufacturer. Please note that money refunds stemming from product dissatisfaction are the sole responsibility of the product manufacturer. We will accept NO returns without a Return Manufacturer Authorization (RMA). The form will be supplied by our sales team per the manufacturers review.
Additional Return Requirements:
- An RMA number and form is Required. Please fill in detailed explanation about your return in the RMA form.
- When returning your order please write on the outside of the return label your RMA number.
- All returns must be in original factory packaging and undamaged
- All parts, including manuals and batteries, must be returned
- All packaging must be returned
- Manufacturer's product packaging must be in reusable shape with no marking or stickers applied.
- All products returned MUST be returned in the same type of package that it was originally shipped in by TMS. So, if your product was sent in a box, it MUST be returned in a box. If you product return is damaged in transport, YOU are responsible for the product. We suggest insuring your return package against any possible shipping accidents.- Customer is responsible for return shipping. All other types of product returns are subject to 20% restocking fees
The two paragraphs above explain special product return situations where no restocking fees will be assessed. Other than these two special circumstances, all other product returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and TMS does not issue a credit on the shipping and handling charges of returned items.Please note that we cannot accept normal product returns if the product's packaging has been opened. Please email us and notify us of your intent to return a product, and we will then email detailed instructions back to you on how you should return the product.
Some states or territories, namely New York, prohibit the sale of certain types of home health tests.
Shipping
We make every attempt to ship all orders as fast as possible. Our sales office is open Monday - Friday 9AM - 6PM EST. Please note shipping and handling charges are non refundable, and will not be refunded for any reason. If the address information is entered incorrectly at the time of placing an order and is corrected by UPS or USPS, there will be an additional charge made to the card holders account for this correction. This charge will be credited after the order has left our premises and we have been billed by UPS or USPS. In the event there was an error made, please contact our Customer Service Department as soon as possible.
