We generally ship within 24 hours during the business week (HOLIDAYS, WEEKENDS  EXCLUDED) after payment has cleared via USPS.  Some items are shipped FEDEX.  This is not a guarantee due to circumstances beyond our control.  We try to ship as soon as possible and 99% of the time we can get your items out the same day.  We offer combined shipping on apparel.  Please contact us if our listing is not allowing or offering this option & we will resolve it & get the shipping cost corrected.  We are not responsible for the item(s) once it has been shipped by the USPS, FEDEX, or UPS or if it is being held by Customs for International shipping.  All X-Poles require signature delivery and is INCLUDED in the cost.  FREE shipping is available for X-Poles to the 48 contiguous states.  All HI, P.R., AK, can contact us for a discounted quote.  SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION is available by REQUEST for apparel  & there is an ADDITIONAL CHARGE.  We provide tracking for all packages.  This is sent via email through PAYPAL.  We ship to APO/FPO, & P.O.Boxes!

We ship WORLDWIDE except Mexico, Italy, & China.  We reserve the right to ship at our own discretion to other countries, this is not limited to.  This is due to theft and fraud on previous orders.  X-Poles are only available to the U.S. & Canada. Please contact us if you would like to have your order shipped via another method.  Apparel is shipped via USPS either Priority or Express Mail.  We also ship via Flat Rate Priority,  this option does not offer real time tracking or insurance. This is a less expensive method and please note we cannot be held liable for lost/stolen packages.  We cannot be held responsible if customs holds your package.  Most packages arrive within the time stated for shipping.  However, customs can hold it for up to 3 months.  This is highly unlikely.  By bidding or buying on this listing, you agree not to file a dispute until the allotted time has passed.  We combine shipping, so please contact us for a quote. 
TERMS
ALL SALES ARE FINAL - no returns/exchanges - We can no longer accept returns/exchanges due to past policy abuse.  We apologize for the inconvenience.  The only exception is if the item is defective.  Please contact us before buying/bidding on any items as this is a FINAL SALE.  We ship ONLY to the address provided by PAYPAL.  Seller Protection is not covered if we do not abide by the Paypal payment policies.  If the address is not correct on your Paypal account, please contact them to get the address correct, we cannot do this for you as we cannot access your account.  We reserve the right to refuse any bid for any reason.  Positive feedback is left for the buyer once a week after positive feedback has been left us.  this is due to the time issues, not individuality.  We are a business and have to account for all fees, shipping costs, handling charges, packaging, and manpower.
