From this stage you are you going to start investment. You are paying on words and you really don’t know that what will be the outcome after asking samples from different manufacturer.

Feedback:  

Finally you received the samples from different manufacturers now at this phase you will see that how much of your expectations came true. Suppose if we finally found a product that is good in price and quality as per our expectation.

Finally going to make an Order:

Now you have decided that you are going to place an order with your required quantities. From this phase you are approaching to high risk level.

Payment:  

A big risk factor is going to involve that why I pay to someone, whom I never know. You will ask from manufacturer for Advance payment, L/C DA and other payment terms. But tell me is that really secure as PayPal?

Lead Time:

A lead time will be provided to you by your manufacturer. This time factor is decided mutually. Sometime really get a hard time to receive products as per committed time frame.  

Shipping:

If you manufacturer offering you FOB prices then you have to take care for your shipment from Factor Origin port to your nearest port. You can decide shipment by Air or By Sea as per your calculation. Be clear that what terms you confirm with your manufacturer,
 X-Factory: Manufacturer is offering products with no handling. You have to source any agent or shipping company to pick the products form Factory.
FOB:  free on board mean that manufacturer is responsible to deliver the good till Sea port or Air port. After that you have to hire your own agent for next handling.
C&F: Cost and Freight mean that manufacturer including the freight charges into product price till your destination
CIF: Cost Insurance and Freight that manufacturer already added the cost of product, insurance fee and freight charges into invoice.
Door Delivery: You are getting the product at your door step and you are not responsible for any charges including handling, customs, insurance and freight of product. This is best deal when you are importing small quantities.

Customs/Duties:   

Customs and duties differ from country to country as per law of state. You have to hire a clearing agent for submitting your file/documentation to your custom authorities. Certainly you have to pay extra amount to Agent and duties are always paid by importer as per state law.

Handling Charges:  

Finally your shipment is being released by customs after paying duties and other changes. Now you will have to move products from Sea Port/ Air Port to your warehouse which also adds to your product final value.

 If you found any problem in your order regarding to sizing quality or something else that you were not expecting you have no choice to find any replacement. You order is final and you are now up to manufacturer that how he treat with you.

Shipping: We ship Monday – Friday.
On Weekends and Holidays there will be no shipping.
Shipping is via UPS, USPS, FedEx or DHL Orders are shipped from multiple warehouse locations so orders of more than one item may ship separately. If items are shipped separately, each item will have its own tracking information.

Custom Made Order Processing time : For Production we require minimum 10-15business days for an order depending on colors/Add ons require by customer.
Shipping time: Normal shipping is up to 10working days from Factory. There may be a delay during to customs and handling of courier company.
Delivery time: 3-5weeks on regular postage

Regular Order Processing time: Mostly we take 1-3 business days processing time for orders within the US. All orders outside of the US may take 7 -10 days for processing. Custom made/tailor made orders are subject to delivery time mentioned on product listing. An average time is about 3-5weeks based on customization including delivery. 

FAQ’s :

When will my amount payback to credit card?
Once your return has been received and accepted, please allow up to two weeks for your credit. We issue your credits promptly upon acceptance, but cannot control the processing time of PayPal. 
Who will pay the return shipping charges?
Return shipping is at your expense (non-refundable), using the carrier of your choice. Please make sure you keep a tracking number for your record. 
Who will pay the exchange order shipping charges?
You will have to pay for exchange order shipping charges. We will send you a PayPal invoice for the cost of exchange order shipping. To cover the S&H do not send cash or personal checks as we do not accept cash payment methods.
Do you refund Shipping Costs on returned Items?
Unfortunately no, we do not refund original shipping cost paid to have your order shipped to you as this is a service that is paid to FedEx, UPS or USPS to have your order delivered.

General Merchandise Requirements: Please note to be accepted for return, items must be in their original purchase condition without any wear and tear. The item should be returned with the original product packaging and tags. Any item that you received with tags attached must be returned with those tags intact and attached. All packaging, including the original packaging and tags must be unmarked and not defaced in any manner. Items purchased as part of a set or multi-item pack may not be returned individually. Returns that do not meet these requirements will be sent back to you and no refund will be issued.

What carrier should I use?
You may use the carrier of your choice. We highly recommend using a carrier that has tracking information, FedEx, or UPS. If using USPS we recommend purchasing Delivery confirmation and insurance against damage. Return shipping is at your expense and is not refundable.
 
Item Specific Packaging and Return Requirements:
All products must be properly packed to avoid wrinkles scratches to the leather and product material or any damage that can occurs on route to our warehouse. Use the appropriate sized box to ship back your order. All hand tags must be attached to the product. If the hang tag is removed or not included with the product there will be a restocking fee applied to your return. If the item you are returning has removable armor and has been removed, please place the armor back in the correct place or you will be charged a restocking fee. Do not include the armor/accessories within the package contents. Please don't combine 2 or more items in 1 package if it was not sent to you this way. This may damage the integrity of the item. All products accessories must be returned, this may includes armor, removable inside lining and any accessories the product was shipped with. Item must be returned in new condition and no wear & tear will be accepted.
 
Damaged or Defective Merchandise:
If you believe a product was shipped in error from PortoGear Inc., arrives defective, or was damaged in transit, Please contact Customer Service so we can resolve the problem. We will have the defective merchandise picked up, and a new item delivered to you at no cost. Please keep in mind that you must call or email us immediately to report the problem with your order.
