We cannot take any responsibility for packages with held by customs /mail department within United States or the country of destination. It is quite normal for the customs department of the country of destination to charge duty. All customers are advised to check the fee and duty before placing the order. Any packages returned back to our facility, irrespective of the reason, will be refunded after deducting the shipping fee and a possible restocking fee up to 15%.

If you are dissatisfied with any product purchased through our site, you may return the item(s) in Unused, Unopened, Untested condition, for an exchange or refund within 14 days of purchase. A prior authorization is required on all returns. Any returns sent to us without return authorization cannot be accepted. All returned are accepted and processed at our sole discretion.

If returning an item(s), please ensure that is it sent back to us in its original packaging. Also, please ensure to send the package via a mail service that allows you to track the package. We will not be responsible for any lost or misplaced packages.
