Our Policy and Warranty
ENGINES:
Are guaranteed against rod knock, cracked block, cracked
head, bad crankshaft, broken rings or pistons and smoking
within 120 days of purchase (NOT
INSTALLATION DATE). Engine accessories are not guaranteed.
There are no reimbursement for labor to install or remove
engines, engines that are taken apart or modified by customer
will have no warranty, return or credit. All engine installations
should include a new timing belt, new oil and filter. Oil
should be changed after the first 600 miles and at 3000 miles
thereafter. Engines with removed or melted heat tabs or removed
company markings will not be replaced.
TRANSMISSIONS:
Are guaranteed for 120 days to shift properly, gears to be
good and bearings to be good, there is no reimbursement for
labor to install or remove transmission. Front oil seals should always
be replaced on automatic transmission. BMVW,
INC. IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPROPER INSTALLATION. ALL UNITS
ARE DRAINED BEFORE SHIPPING.

SHIPPING:
All orders shipped to a Georgia
address will incur Georgia sales tax, unless BMVW INC. have
a current year tax form on file for your company. Form can be mailed or
faxed to BMVW INC.
Canadian government might charge a duty tax (brokerage
fee). This is NOT charged by our company, and we are not
responsible for this fee. Other international buyers are
responsible for duties and taxes.
BMVW Will Ship:
UPS and FedEx ground, we will ship USPS some Canada or Mexico packages
weighting less than 40lbs or require a box less than 20X20X15. Packages to large or heavy to ship UPS or
FedEx will be shipped freight by CSE, ODFL or UniShipper.
Orders paid for after 1:00 PM on a Friday will not be shipped until the
following Monday
