We are located in Nicosia Cyprus. So domestic shipping for us is Cyprus.

We ship worldwide to every country in the world.

We offer 3 shipping options.

1) Registered post or recorded airmail delivery service of Cyprus post office, which requires a signature for delivery. 

• Delivery with this option for zone 1 countries is normally 5 - 7 working days  which is EU, Middle East and Russia.
• Delivery with this option for zone 2 countries is minimum 10 - 14 working days which is North and South America, Canada, Asia, Australia. For the months of August and December delivery can be 3 weeks or more.

This option provides a bar code which is traceable for the following countires.

USA on USPS, Canada on Canadian Post, Russia on Russian Post.

For the rest of the countries it is traceable only on the IPS system. 

We combine shipping at $5.00 or 3.00 UK pounds for every added item.

2) The second option is by EMS which is the courier service of the post office.

• Delivery with EMS for zone one coutries is 3 - 5  days which is EU, Middle East and Russia. .
• Delivery with EMS for zone 2 countries is 5 - 10 days which is North and South America, Canada, Asia, Australia.

This option provides a tracking number which is traceable on almost every countries post office tracking page. There is full refund on item and postage if an item is lost. EMS ships for a minimum of 0.5 kg and the minimum costs $22.00 or 14 UK pounds or 15.40 Euro.Total postage will of course depend on the final weight of the item purchased.If your item is less that 0.5 kg we can combine more items up to 0.5 kg at no extra charge.

3) We can send the item with the courier service of your choice.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

1) On the USPS track and trace page it says  "We have received notice that the originating post is preparing to dispatch this mail piece." What does this mean?

This means that we have dispatched the item, we have aquired a bar code and that Cyprus postal services has sent documentation to the USPS notifying them of the dispatch.

 2) It has already been 10 days now and it is the same message as above on USPS, when does this message change? 

The above message stays the same all through the time the item is in transit. The message will change once the item clears US customs.

3) On the Cyprus postal services IPS track and trace it says "LARNACA AIRMAIL O/E Insert item into bag (Otb) what does this mean? 

This means item has already left Cyprus via Larnaca Airport facility.

4) It has already been 3 weeks now and my item has not arrived. 

In this case please contact us immediately so we file for a search at the post office, so that either your item is located and dleivered to you, or if it s lost, for us to send you another one the same.

5) Where is Cyprus? Cyprus is a member of the EU states, it is a small country. The people are generally friendly and helpfull. Goodwill is very important for us.

6) Is it safe to buy from Cyprus? Yes it is very safe because being a small country, reputation is very important for us, and the staff at the post office are highly efficient.

TERMS OF SALE: 

On all our shop sales with buy it now (unless otherwise stated), we accept returns, provided we are notified 7 days after receiving your item. Buyer is responsible for paying for the return of the item.

For items on auction, or items that are sold as is, we do not accpet returns so we request that you ask all relevant or irelevant questions prior to bidding.

If we have sent the wrong item or a damaged item we do send a replacement at our own cost. A photo of the item may be required for records to send the replacement item.
