Please note that we do not ship to APO's, P.O. Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico. We can only ship to the address listed from the PayPal Payment. Large sized furniture will be shipped via freight only due to its large dimensions and for safety purposes. Freight charges will be applied to the lower 48 states and is for curbside delivery only. Please note that the delivery company is not responsible for lifting or carrying the products into the house or business location. Therefore, we recommend that you have help available to move the product into your location. If you require inside delivery, please contact us for the rate. For heavier shipments, lift gate service and inside delivery is available for an additional cost. Please contact us for cost. Please inspect the package thoroughly before signing for the delivery. It is normal for packaging to show some wear and tear but please carefully inspect the product for any potential damage that may have occurred during transit. If there is any noticeable damage to the package (i.e. forklift holes in the box or pieces falling out of the box), please make note of the damage on the delivery receipt prior to signing for the product. Once signed for, Moderntomato nor the trucking company is liable for any damages unless damage was noted on the delivery receipt. Damage claim must be reported within 24 hours of delivery and a photo is required.

If for any reason you are not satisfied, the product must be returned in its original condition and the customer is responsible for return shipping charges. Original freight charge is non-refundable and there will be 15% restocking fee for all products. Some of our products are offered with free shipping, so please be aware that if you return one of these products our actual outbound shipping costs will still be deducted from your return refund. All sales are final for local pick-up and return policy will not apply.
