Brand: locky_z DIY curve tracer V3.0
This is my design of Intelligent Curve Tracer.

It can measuring DTU's parameters by given conditions, and displayed curve on PC's screen.

It can measure:


PNP / NPN 's Vbe-Ic / Vce-Ic / Vbe-Ib / Ic-Hfe curve
P and N type MOSFET's Vgs-Id / Vds-Id curve
P and N type JFET's Vgs-Id / Vds-Id curve
Diode and Zener or Resistor's positive and negative V-I curve
3 terminal voltage regulator's Io-Vo / Vi-Vo / Vi-Is / Io-Is curve

The voltage range is -36 to +36V,resolution 1mV. so it only suit to measure low voltage DTU's curve.

The current range is 10uA to 2500mA resolution 0.1uA

The device include power supply,and suit to 90~250VAC.
It provide USB and RS232 interface to communication with PC.
It have tested intact and has been done in the aluminum shell, It total weight 3Kg with the packaging

The device use most of new elements, and some power transistor and relay use machine elements.But it does not affect the measurement accuracy.
