This is the metal plate which goes between the LCD, and the Battery of a iPod Touch 4th Generation.  As you can see in the pictures it has the home flex button attached which will require no work, and it works 100%.

The plate was scraped from a previous broken iPod. No screws are included just what is shown in the pictures.Thanks!
