Components and clubs have a one
year warranty on materials and workmanship. Warranty does not apply
to abuse of clubs. You the customer are responsible for all
shipping costs and associated expenses of return merchandise
including golf components, tools, accessories and assembled golf
clubs. Warranty claims are subject to the discretion of Hireko
Golf. Only goods which have been purchased within the 12
months period of the returned date will be accepted.

US delivery time - 3 to 5 days. Canadian delivery time 7

that we collect sales tax for any item shipped to a
California address. Canadian residences are

Payment
We currently
only accept PayPal. We do not accept mailed payments.
All items
must be paid for within seven days, failure to remit payment
will result in an unpaid item warning being issued. Please
contact us if you have any problems with your payment or any
other reason that delays payment.
Returns
Players Golf Gear will exchange or
refund merchandise purchased within 30 days of product receipt,
accompanied by the original sales receipt and in new, unused
condition. You the customer will pay for freight on all
non-defective merchandise. No returns will be accepted
without prior return authorization. The RA number is valid 15 days
from the date issued. All return shipments must be
accompanied by the original or a copy of the original invoice or
packing list. All returns must be shipped freight prepaid. No COD
shipment will be accepted. Goods returned for any reason other than
defective merchandise or as a result of an incorrect shipment will
be subject to a 25% restocking charge. The goods must be returned in the same condition as they
were shipped or no credit will be issued. Please contact
us as we will be more than willing to work with you to resolve any
issues.
