This is a feather print or Indian print mini dress with a lace back and long sleeves. The hem is scarf style and the neck scoop with long sleeves. It has a nice slimming, flowing fit with shimmering rhinestones along the neckline. A beautiful crisp looking dress or tunic. I love this one. It also looks cute with leggings and boots.

The fabric is easy care, hand wash and hang. 5% spandex and 95% polyester/feels like a thin knit sweater, long lasting, non wrinkle measurements.
