• Metal used in our jewelry is silver alloy with copper base (40% silver, 60% copper). Top coat is .925 silver.
• Most of our gemstones are genuine. Some are enhanced, faceted or hand-carved. If you have questions about a particular stone, please email us first before placing a bid.
• All items are measured entirely, in inches. Pendants include bail, earrings include hooks, bracelets are measured all the way to the last link, as well as necklaces.
• What You See Is What You Get. All our merchandise is photographed individually, the item in the picture is the exact item you will be receiving.
• Please note, that the pictures are enlarged slightly for your convenience.
  Make sure to notice the actual size of the merchandise, as it may be smaller than the representing photo.

SHIPPING AND PAYMENT DETAILS:

• Standard flat fee for all buyers: $2.75 (first item), $1.75 (each additional item)
• Combined shipping available - please make one single payment for all your items. Multiple payments will be considered as separate orders, and will be charged as such.

• Payment due in 7 days from the first won auction.
• Orders are processed within 1 business day of receiving payment.

• Returns accepted within 14 days of received item. Refund or exchange only.
