 Single Fragment of a Scarce c1450s handwritten vellum Italian manuscript!
-Extracted from old vellum backing of a late-1500s binding-



Rare fragment. Some soiling, as shown, with creasing, wear, chipping and fading.Includes a gorgeous 3 line illuminated initial along with a few smaller rubricated initials and a couple partial illuminations and annotations as well. Any info welcomed. Manuscript on rear nearly faded away with adhesive and paper covering. Extracted from a late 1500s vellum binding. Great chance to own a piece of an unknown ancient manuscript! Good luck! Measures 3" x 2.5".
