books about apples
other add on items in the gourmet foods area.
In addition the name might be used as a trademark for certain products or services.
This domain name is fantastic in terms of its memorability. When a person is told to remember an email address of
'info at apples.com', 'karen at apples.com' or 'sales at apples.com' for example, it works better than most domains on the Internet.
It is our suggestion that any buyer not sell computers or music with the use of this domain name as there are two federal
trademark holders in the united states that have reserved the use of the term 'apple' and either one might successfully
prevent such a use. As for international buyers, we have no idea what laws or trademarks might be involved. With that being
said any buyer agrees to rely solely on its own sources of legal opinions with regard to any plans that a buyer might have
for using the domain name, especially as a trademark for any specific type goods.
