COSMETIC CONDITION: Screen is intact, no cracks. USB port appears intact, no oxidation noted. Appears to have been dropped or carelessly taken apart due to crack in plastic (see last picture below). Some surface scuffs/scratches from normal use. (actual item pictures below)

ITEM CONDITION: This zune does not power on. When plugged it shows nothing on screen. May or may not  be repairable, may be good for parts.

Comes from major retailer's customer warranty  center. They may have been worked on, history is unknown by me.  Some of the  players I got in same lot worked but most, including this one, does not even turn on.  

AS-IS, absolutely no returns.
