Return Policy: Exchange for same item, Different item if we don't have anymore of your item and we have something else you like or refund, in that order. We do our best to describe every item in detail, we also show pictures of the actual items and since we do this you have everything in front of you for making your decision to purchase, you see the size of the item, the color and the condition along with our description so saying an item is to big, to small or is the wrong color is not an acceptable reason for a return.
Insurance: If we have included shipping insurance in the price of the item it will be shown at the top of this description next to the price. If there is damage to your item upon receipt and it was insured you need to document with pictures, written documentation and witnesses to the damage along with keeping all shipping materials and present all of this to your postal worker or post office. You cannot send the item back to us because U.S.P.S. regulations on insurance void the insurance if it is shipped back to us. We will guide you in this process if this were to happen.
Cancelling A Transaction: We do understand that sometimes a buyer may mistakenly buy an item for one reason or another due to no fault of ours and want to cancel a transaction. With that said we have to inform you that when we cancel a transaction eBay does not refund our original listing fee, we also have to pay the listing fee again to relist the item, Paypal does not refund our flat rate transaction fee and we have to endure the cost of an employee to cancel the transaction, relist the item and issue refunds. For this reason if you ask us to start a "Cancel Transaction Request" you will be required to pay a re-stocking fee of $2.00 + Return Postage to us in the original box we shipped it in, We must receive the $2.00 payment to our Paypal account and have the item back in our office before we will start the cancel transaction request. There are no exceptions to this at all, you entered into an agreement to buy the item when you won the auction or clicked on "Buy It Now" We cannot continue to endure the costs of being nice although we would love to with this economy we cannot afford to anymore.
