Choice Bumper must be contacted via email or by phone (800-322-2639) in order for the buyer to receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
• Returns are only accepted after an RMA# has been issued.
• Return request must be received within 30 days of receipt of merchandise.
If you experience a problem please call us as soon as you discover the problem so that we may remedy it.Please be aware that any problem not listed below is not covered by our return policy.
• If item was purchased in error (changed you mind or made a mistake) it is the responsibility for the buyer to return the item after receiving a RMA#. Shipping fees are not refundable on purchasing errors. Item must be in new and unused condition in the original packaging. You are subject to a 15% restocking fee if item purchased is greater than $25.00, or 25% restocking fee if item purchased is 24.99 or less.
• All returns must be packaged well to avoid damage.
