Terms and Policies

Payment & Shipping Policies   We currently accept PayPal for payment of all your eBay items. We can only ship to the verified address we receive from PayPal. We cannot ship to any address you give us over the phone, email or eBay message. Please make sure you choose the correct address when you make the payment. We ship orders through USPS or UPS, whichever option is best for the item and for your shipping address. No exceptions. We will email you once shipped. Items are shipped promptly, within 1-2 business days after payment is cleared. It can take up to 10 business days for the item to be delivered to you once payment is cleared (depending on your exact location). Please note that we do not offer Saturday, Sunday or holiday delivery, only standard weekday deliveries. We cannot reroute a shipment after it has left the warehouse, and we cannot add special instructions for the carrier. International Orders : International orders are shipped via USPS First Class International Mail and delivery can take up to 45 days. We will not process any claims  for non-delivery before that time. Customer is responsible for all customs and duties. If item is returned back by carrier as undeliverable, we will process a full refund less the shipping and carrier fees. If there is any problem with the item whatsoever, please email us before leaving feedback. We offer a 30-day hassle free return period and satisfaction guarantee. Product Return Policies Returns are accepted within 30 days. All returns must be pre-approved by phone or email before you ship any item back to us. If you return an item back to us without contacting us in advance, the package may not be processed properly, and can end up being returned to you. If an item is refused, the shipper bills us for shipping both ways, and these charges incurred on your behalf need to be deducted from your refund.  Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. If the item was advertised as "Free Shipping," we will deduct the shipping cost  we incurr from the refund. If an item is refused, the carrier charges us shipping both ways, and those charges will be deducted from the refund. Returned items are reviewed by us upon receiving them. The minimum restocking fee is 5%. If the items have been opened or used, the restocking fee may be more than 5%, and will be confirmed once our processing is complete. All returned products must include all the original product packaging. Returned products cannot be damaged or marked in any way (scratches, marks, prints, etc.).
