These weights are awesome! I've been using them everyday since I purchased them and already feel the difference. They are adjustable, so one can use as much or as little weight as one desires. I recommend starting low and gradually adding more weight each week or every other week to avoid injury. For the money, this product is a great value. Given the cost of gym memberships over time, these will pay for themselves pretty quick. They are very durable, they will likely be the last weights I will need to purchase as they will likely last a lifetime. I highly recommend this product.

If you are looking for high quality dumbbell, get these! Been using these 4 days a week for 3 weeks now and haven't encounter any issues yet. Love the chrome bar it comes with; It about 5lbs and the weights are all steal plates. (Not plastic) The bolts secures the weight very well. Just make sure you don't lose the rubber sealant that goes on the bolts; otherwise, the bolt will slowly loosen up when working out. I would rate this product a 9/10.
