Features quick dry 100% stretch neoprene for lightweight mobility, sealed and liquid taped seams to keep cold water from trickling in, and a poly fleece lining to wick moisture from your skin. Unique to this XCEL model, the short back zipper is water repellant, has an internal leak guard, and is offset from the spine for extra flexibility and a water tight seal.
