We appreciate your business and look forward to working with you on your projects. We'd like you to know that each order that we receive is treated like the only order we receive. We will do our best to respond to your inquiry immediately.
For orders before 2 PM we strive to ship packages same day. Customers can expect their orders to be shipped within one business day.
What is the "status" or "location" of my order.
Our answer is this...Please refer to your tracking number.
IF it says this..
"The U.S. Postal Service was electronically notified by the shipper on [date] to expect your package for mailing. This does not indicate receipt by the USPS or the actual mailing date. Delivery status information will be provided if / when available. Information, if available, is updated periodically throughout the day. Please check again later." It means we printed your label, but the package has not been picked up by USPS.
IF it says this...
" Your item was accepted at [time] on [date] in PALM BAY, FL 32905. Information, if available, is updated periodically throughout the day. Please check again later." It means the USPS has possession of your package and is working hard to get the package to you.
IF it says this...
" Your item was processed through our MIAMI, FL 33112 facility on [date] at [time]. Information, if available, is updated periodically throughout the day. Please check again later." It means the USPS has possession of your package and is in the process of transporting the package from the United States to your country (Not the USA). No further update will appear in the tracking information because the United States Postal Service has delivered your package to your home county postal delivery service. The delivery time depends on your home country postal delivery service. Sometimes they are fast, sometimes they are slow. Our job to ship the package according to your selected shipping method (USPS, FEDEX, UPS) has been completed. We at Jaycon Systems did our job to package and ship your package. The rest is up to the postal service. We will not be responsible for shipping service delays.

Yes, we ship internationally. Buyer assumes all responsibility for shipment.
Shipment via USPS First Class International. - No tracking number with First Class Mail. - No insurance, means you claim responsibility if your package is lost.
(We cannot be responsible for lost or damaged packages). - For orders under 13oz (Customers with heavier packages will be requested to upgrade to Express International)
Shipment via USPS Priority Mail International. - No tracking number with First Class Mail. - No insurance, means you claim responsibility if your package is lost.

Shipment via USPS Express Mail International: We recommend USPS International Express Mail for all international buyers. - This gives the buyer the security of knowing where your package is at all times. - Shipment is tracked and insured
You the buyer are responsible for fees such as VAT, customs, tariffs, handling fees, brokerage fees, and fees for fees.
We will ship your back order item immediately when the item is back in stock. All items are available for purchase regardless of quantity in store.
What happens if my order doesn't arrive?
In the rear case an order doesn't arrive we suggest you contact the shipping service (USPS, UPS, FEDEX). Be patient. There is no reason your package shouldn't arrive we use new boxes and/or envelopes, new packaging material, high quality tape, print high quality labels and professionally pack every package. Again please be patient.
My shipping service doesn't have an update on my package, what do I do?
Unfortunately, you must wait for the package, there isn't anything we can do. Note: One time it took 4 months for a customer in Russia to receive his product.
We will accept returns within 14 days of receiving your package. The product or products you return must be new in the unopened package, without damage, without solder paste, in working condition.Faulty, damaged, or broken product:
You will be required to document, take a picture and contact us immediately upon arrival of your item. Upon receiving notification of your damaged item we will generate a return mailing label that will be emailed to you. Go ahead and put that label on the same box or envelope you received, apply tape where necessary and send back to us. We will repair or replace the item. Does not apply to damage caused by delivery company (It is your responsibility to request insurance) Damaged package:
If a box or envelope appears to be damaged please contact the delivery company (USPS, UPS, FEDEX) and file a claim with them according to the insurance you purchased.
