I'm using the Wall Switch to remotely turn on/off an electric (programmable) LED swimming pool light that I don't want to stay on all of the time. I installed it a few weeks ago, replacing a manual light switch. I was concerned about installing other electronic controls because the LED light has electronics that might not be compatible with other electronic controls. It has worked flawlessly, and I would recommend it for controlling any other equipment within the power ratings.

This module is long overdue with X10. It offers local and remote control. It seems less susceptible to extraneous line noise than some other X10 modules. Great for fluorescent, LED, coffee pots, outdoor lighting PSU's, and any load a dimmer is not suitable for. Great product.
