All payment must be made via Paypal: Your PayPal account lets you pay by credit card or by "eCheck," directly from your bank account. Note that orders paid for by eCheck may be delayed by up to four days while PayPal waits for the funds to clear your bank. We ship only to the shipping address on file with PayPal when you place your eBay order: We cannot ship to any addresses other than the shipping address that PayPal provides us when you place your order on eBay. We're sorry, but we cannot make any exceptions , we have had problems in the past. Combining orders: Each time you go through eBay checkout you will be charged for shipping, so you're better off placing a single order for everything you want to buy. However, if we receive a new order from you and we have not yet begun processing a previous order, we will automatically combine your new order with the old one and refund you the extra shipping cost. There is no need for you to contact us and request that we combine orders — if possible, we will do it automatically. However, we process orders daily, so unless your orders come in within an hour or two of each other, there's a good chance that your first order will have already begun processing and we will not be able to combine it with any further orders. The only way to guarantee that you only pay a single shipping charge is to place a single order for everything you want to buy. Ordering more than 40 items: eBay's checkout system does not allow orders to be placed for more than 40 items at a time. If you have more than 40 items, each time you go through checkout eBay will bring up the next 40 items that you've bought. We will combine all the items into a single order and refund the extra shipping charges. Bag/Board Policy: We bag and board all items priced $5 or higher. We do bag all items . In our experience, our EXELLENT packaging will get your comics to you safely and securely. In the event an item is damaged during shipping, it may be returned for a refund. International Orders & Customs: We do our best to assure swift passage through customs and we describe merchandise so as to mimimize any customs fees imposed by the destination country. However, we also fully comply with US federal export regulations. We cannot declare less than true value, describe the shipment as a gift, or otherwise misrepresent the nature of the transaction and/or items sent.
