The reason for exclusion in the above provinces is because some of these areas can cost more than the value of the item to ship to!

In USA - We can only ship to the mainland states in USA & most of Alaska* for free. Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Guam, etc please contact us for the best quotes possible. *If you're in a very remote region of Alaska please contact us before bidding to make sure you're eligible.

-INTERNATIONAL BUYERS - If you're ordering over $100 of items and no item is under 2kg weight, please contact us before purchasing to see if you qualify for Free International Small Packet Shipping! Items weighing more than 2kg do not qualify for free international shipping.

-All items are shipped fully insured

-All items are shipped by Canada Post. If you require a special courier such as FedEx or UPS we'd be glad to accommodate you. Please contact us before bidding for a shipping quote as these couriers are not eligible for free shipping.

Average Shipping Times to USA & Internationally:

-If you are in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, etc, Small Packet Air & Expedited shipping times can as long as a month. If you don't see a service offered in the shipping calculator for an item, please contact us for a quote.

-Express Post USA is the only option that comes with a GUARANTEED DELIVERY STANDARD. All other shipping times are approximate as on occasion packages can be randomly held by customs for inspection.

USA Small Packet Air (4-12 business days average) *Only available for items weighing under 1kg
USA Expedited Parcel (5-12 business days average)
USA Express Post (3-5 business days guaranteed)
International Air (2 weeks average - Europe is sometimes much quicker, Australia sometimes a little longer)
International Surface (4-8 weeks average - Australia can take as long as 10 or 11 weeks on occasion)
International Express (Europe, South America & Japan usually 4-5 business days and guaranteed, Australia is 7 and not guaranteed)
International Small Pack Air (for items under 2kg of weight only) is 2-4 weeks average. Usually less time to Europe and Australia can take longer.

-Pick Up is available with NO CHARGE for all items. Please give us a day or two notice if possible to make sure we have it ready for you at our pick up location.
