We carry a large assortment of products in our store, but sometimes we only list one or just a few for the auction. Should you see something that you would like a quantity in, just message us and see if it is available and we will create a new listing or adjust this listing to suit your needs. We also list different sizes or combinations in our store. So please visit our store if you do not see the option you are looking for.

1. Accepted payments are paypal.
2. If you pay with an Echeck thru paypal it will take several days to clear.
3. I only ship to verified paypal addresses.
4. All auctions must be paid for within 7 days of the end of the auction.
5. Washington residents will be charged 8.7% sales tax on the total auction cost.

Shipping from me to you incurs additional shipping charges.

Combined Shipping and Handling Cost :
We can combine shipping if you purchase more than one item from us and it is items from the same manufacturer, but the shipping price will only be able to be combined once you have completed your auction purchases. Because of the extreme differences in weight and size of all of our products, it is impossible to tell you the combined weight of items and give you a set price for shipping. Or you may request a shipping price from me when you know which items you are ordering.

I ship mostly with UPS ground and USPS priority shipping, depending on the manufacturer of the product you are purchasing. Shipping options are usually described in the buy now option. If for some reason you do not see the shipping option for UPS or USPS please contact me so we can discuss it.

Not all my items can be combined for shipping!! I sell for several companies, so please let me know which items you are interested in and I can tell you immediately if they are combinable or not.
Occasionally, an item may go out of stock before I am able to remove it from auction. If that shall happen you will be notified & refunded. I try to go through my auctions daily to make sure that does not happen, but sometimes closeout items will go out of stock without my catching it, so please understand that because my store is so large, this can happen and it is not intentional.

1. Shipping is calculated for the lower 48 states.
2. We cannot ship to Alaska, Hawaii, PO Boxes, APO/FPO, or USA territories, unless you pay extra shipping. (please provide a PHYSICAL ADDRESS!)
3. Our company does not ship out of the contiguous 48 states. Should you want to purchase outside of the United States you will have to contact me for exact shipping prices.
4. Do not bid if you are not serious about the purchase of this item.

Feedback allows new buyers to see how I handle my auctions. Refund policy:

1. If you purchased an item and it is damaged, it can be returned with an RMA number, you must request that RMA number from me before returning to receive full instructions on how to return. Once received by the warehouse a new item will automatically be shipped out to you.
2. Items must be returned within 7 days after receiving product.
3. Items must be returned in original packaging along with packing slip
4. To return when we use UPS, you must inspect on arrival your package and tell the driver if you will accept it. Only way to return this way is if packaged is destroyed pr damaged.

If you return because you ordered the wrong size:

1. it is solely your responsibility to pay for return shipping back to warehouse and shipping back to you.
2. Our auctions clearly state what you are purchasing so read it carefully before bidding, or message me with any questions BEFORE BIDDING.
3. Shipping is not refundable under any circumstances.

Returning an Item for Refund:

1. Allowable: if item description is not accurate.
2. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
• 15% restocking fee (made by manufacturer, not our company).
