For auction is a romantic style, black sleeveless blouse by Wet Seal. The fabric (silk/cotton) has a little shine to it. It is labeled a large but would possibly fit a medium also because the bust is 39 inches. It has lovely ruffles around the back neckline and armhole openings. There is gathering below the squared neckline panel. It buttons down the front and has small pleating from just below the bustline to the bottom hem in both the front and back. There are belt loops present on the side seams but it is missing the belt. No other flaws found. Machine wash cold; Tumble dry low. Please let me know if you have any questions.
