International Customers - Shipping internationally is available for some of our items and will be noted in the listing. All International shipping requires insurance. Winning bidder is responsible for any taxes, duty, customs or additional fees. Please do not ask us to reduce price for Customs form, as the winning bid/price is what will be included on Customs forms.

Guarantee: We guarantee our items to be as described and pictured. We do our best to be accurate, however mistakes sometimes happen. If there is a discrepancy, or if an insured item arrives damaged, contact us within 3 days for instructions. If it is our mistake, we pay for return shipping. A 20% restocking fee will be charged for "buyer's remorse" or if the item is NOT misrepresented + return shipping charges will apply.
