THE BOOK TO HAVE FOR THOSE NEEDING TO LOOSE WEIGHT
I like many others have purchased many books on low fat, low sugar, low whatever, but this book shows you recipes that you don't need special foods or expensive items to make great tasting low cost food and not just for you, the entire family loves the food as well. This covers every type of taste a person might have from mild to spicy to rich tasting but not high in calories. The recipes allow us to eat every day foods in moderation and still loose weight, there are no magic pills or potions out there although many still pay billions a year looking for that miracle pill that doesn't require them to do anything, well if your over weight, you are the one that made that happen and by just adjusting your attitude about eating and educating yourself on the proper portions you can still have the foods you love just not the amounts you've been consuming that has now caused you to look for a way to get Healthy. I love this book because it's easy to follow with everyday ingredients and clear instructions on preparations and I"m a sweet lover and this book gives a chapter of Desserts that will make you cry they're so good. If you use this book and take the time your body needs to adjust to your weight loss it will happen, it took us years to get over weight so why do we think we can undo the problem in a couple weeks, if you work it, it works, it just that simple. I recommend this to anyone even if your not on Weightwatchers or not, it's just a great book, so give yourself a break and get yourself healthy.Read full review
