This is a Weaver Hi Rail RS -3 Diesel Locomotive with O Box. It is a blue 1910 Boston and Maine.  Unfortunately, IT DOES NOT RUN.  The body is in fair shape but it appears that the handrails are missing.  I do not know the Weaver line very well as this is sold AS IS.  Shipping only to the continental US and payment by PayPal.
