Water Meter Setter for 5/8" x 3/4" Meter

Water Meter setter typically for use in a meter pit, but can be used to rise and set a meter off the floor or rise it 7" wherever needed. This setter has 3/4" pack joint compression fittings for connection to 3/4" copper or copper tube O.D. Plastic tubing. It rises a 5/8 x 3/4" meter 7" from the bottom of the meter pit. It includes a meter valve meter inlet and single check valve outlet for a standard 5/8" x 3/4" or 3/4" x 7.5" water meter. Manufactured setters also insure the meter is held securely and rigid, as well as keeps the proper spacing for meter installation.

This item contains standard AWWA waterworks brass that does not meet the new lead content laws in California (AB1953), Vermont (S.152), and. Maryland  law (HB.372).

Most of these new state laws have exceptions for industrial use or irrigation when not used for human consumption, however we cannot give legal advice on the exceptions in these states. Buyers from these states agree that by purchasing this item that it will be used in compliance with local laws.
