Frontier technicians will try to solve the problem prior to issuing an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization). If the issue can not be solved and it is an issue related to defective or non-working equipment Frontier will either replace the equipment at its expense or choose to issue a credit in the full amount of the equipment value. Return shipping of the defective product will be paid by Frontier. Frontier Computer Corp. will not authorize the return of products that were damaged during or after shipping.
