1. CONTACT REGARDING THE NEGOTIATED RETURN MUST BE MADE WITHIN 1 DAY OF RECEIVING THE ITEM.

3. The item MUST be returned within 3 days of the receipt of the package
4. Tracking number MUST be provided for the return package
5. A note included in the package MUST be provided

*Please note, if you are not given permission to send back an item, the delivery will be returned to sender.
*If there is no notes sent with package and return name does not match any of our records we will not be able to send refund ( sometimes ebay account records do not match up with the return addresses on your packages, this is not our fault nor is there any other way to tell who you are)

Free shipping only applies to completed transactions, returned items will have the actual shipping cost deducted from the return and the return shipping costs are the buyers responsability. There will be a transaction cancelation notice sent out and must be completed by the buyer to end the transaction, otherwise, the seller fee will also be deducted from the refund total. Exchanges for size issues are accepted with notification, if the item has an alternative size available I am happy to do so. Original item must be shipped back unworn in a reasonable amount of time.
