Payment Options:

The easiest method to complete your payment is with Paypal. Your address and credit card information is stored in Paypal and available when you check out to make paying and shipping simple. You can choose to use this option directly in eBay when you check out.

Sales Tax:

Payment Time frame:
All items must be paid for within 4 days of the end of the listing. If you are planning to purchase or bid on multiple items please be sure to contact us. If an item remains unpaid for more than 4 days, we will begin the Unpaid Item process in eBay. If the item is not paid for within 4 days of the unpaid item case being opened, the item will be relisted.

Order Processing: We ship orders Monday through Friday, in Portland CT. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or National holidays. Shipments normally leave our facility within 24 hours of having the payment cleared. Multiple Item Purchases: Why buy just one club when you can get everything you need at once, and save on shipping. After the initial package, each additional club ordered is only $3.00 extra. To benefit from Multiple Item Purcahses, simply wait until your last listing has been completed before you checkout. The shipping rate will then show an updated cost of only $3.00 for every club you ordered after your initial purchase. If for any reason this process does not work, simply send us an email asking us to send an updated invoice and we will combine everything ordered for you. Even if you have bought and paid for an item we can still offer this lower rate to you as long as the initial club has not shipped out yet. Note About Large Items: Large items (such as golf bags) will be excluded from Multiple Item Shipping. And since the box size is not conducive to golf clubs, we do not allow multiple items to be shipped in the same box with Large items. Continental US Shipping Rates: Single Club/GPS/Shoes shipments are $12.99 and shipped via USPS Priority Mail Iron Set shipments are $19.99 and shipped via UPS Ground Golf Bag shipments vary on weight between $20-$30 and shipped via UPS Ground. Glove/Headcover (or any other small weight item) shipments are $4.95 and shipped via USPS First Class Mail. Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, and Armed Forces Bases: US Postal Service Priority Mail is our standard shipping method and is the same price as the continental rates for single item shipments Iron Sets/Bags shipments vary on weight between $30-$60 and shipped via USPS Priority Mail. International Shipment Costs: We charge a flat rate shipping cost depending on location. CANADA: Single Club shipments are $35 and shipped via FedEx International Priority/USPS Express Mail*. Iron Sets are $85 shipped via FedEx International Priority/USPS Express Mail*. *Please see note below for further information on shipping company used for international shipments International Shipment Charges: A quick explanation of International shipping charges The way shipping companies size packages for international shipments is by Dimensional Weighting, where shipping companies factor in how much room a package takes up instead of simply going by weight when assigning shipping costs. This is because a 10 pound package of feathers that takes up half the plane, has to cost more than a 10 pound dumbbell. Due to the package dimensions for golf clubs, international shipments are expensive. You can always request to have a club shipped by a slower service to save a little extra money. However, be aware that when shipping with slower services the companies do not have a guarantee date. While they normally arrive in a timely manner, sometimes they do not. These slower shipping methods do not offer any reimbursements for delayed deliveries. *****PLEASE NOTE***** Because of the Dimensional Weighting discussed above it can be too expensive to ship using FedEx International where a $40 shipment becomes $95, so we ship using USPS. Shipping Problems: If your package has arrived and it has been damaged please contact us immediately and we will file a claim with the shipping company used. You are covered under insurance for the full purchase price. In most cases we are able to offer a repair solution or an exchange. If this cannot be provided for any reason, we will provide you with a full refund. There are times where packages get delayed in transit. If this happens be sure to track your shipment with the tracking number sent to your email address linked with paypal. If for any reason the package does not arrive we will again open a claim with the shipping company used and you will be covered for the full purchase price. We use a 3 point check system of our SKU numbers but every now and then a club slips by that shouldn't get shipped. New Product Returns: We can not, under any circumstance accept merchandise sold as new to be returned in used condition. Your item will not be accepted for return even if it has been hit only once.
