• We CANNOT ACCEPT a return of a lighting product that has already been installed.
• We CANNOT ACCEPT a return of a bedding product that has already been slept on.
• All items must be returned in their original condition, in the original packaging and suitable for resale. Please keep the original box as we will not be able to supply a box for you to ship the item back
• Before returning/exchanging any product, YOU MUST CONTACT US FOR INSTRUCTIONS< FAILURE TO ADHERE TO THIS REQUIREMENT MAY RESULT IN A FORFEIT OF YOUR REFUND.
• Depending on the reason for the return, we will either provide you with a return shipping label or you may choose to return it on your own. If you choose to return it on your own, you must wait for us to provide you with the correct return shipping address. DO NOT return your item to the address on the shipping box.
• You will be responsible for the cost to ship the item back to us - whether it is a return or exchange - except when dealing with a damaged or defective item.
