Return Authorization can be requested ONLINE through the Customer Service Link. All returns must be accompanied by a Return Authorization Number provided by our office and a copy of the order. We must be notified within 24 hours of receipt of any missing, defective or damaged goods. All items must be in original packaging and be suitable for resell. All returns are for Exchange Only. These terms supersede any terms shown on our invoices. The terms on invoices are for in-store customers. Returned items MUST be RECEIVED by us no later than 15 Days from Invoice Date! We CHARGE a 20 PERCENT RESTOCK FEE on Returns. If we are in error full credit will be issued. If returned items were ordered incorrectly or are returned because they are not needed, a 20 Percent restocking fee will be charged. THERE ARE NO RETURNS ON ELECTRICAL ITEMS or ITEMS WITH COST under 6.00 Account Credits: Once the RA part is received by World of Powersports and meets our Returns Criteria a credit will be applied to your account for the exchange order.
