All our items are sold "AS DESCRIBED." We endorse 100% of what is written in our listings, and we guarantee all of our items against DOA unless otherwise mentioned in the listing.
We do not intentionally "hide" information about what we sell! We do our best to describe all our items as accurately as we can with the experience and expertise that we have. However, if we make a mistake, we will correct it and do the right thing.
We list most of our regular auction items with a low opening bid. Our objective is to make you feel confident enough and come back to us when you need those hard to find items. You will always get what you see on our listings.
We take pictures of all our items individually, unless the listing involves some bulk lot. So, the images displayed are of the ACTUAL item for sale.
We respond to customers’ emails regularly during the day. (Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm EST). On weekends or holidays, we will answer your questions in the evening time.
Returns & Refunds
When you receive your item, and it is significantly different from our description, please contact us right away, and we will arrange a full refund or product exchange, whichever is preferred. We must receive the returned item(s) within two weeks (14 days) of the original delivery date.
Items should be returned in the original packaging whenever possible. If this is not possible, the item should be packed to meet the carrier's insurable packaging specifications. Normally, this requires a sturdy cardboard box with at least 2" of padding on all 6 sides.
We are happy to leave positive feedback as soon as your payment clears, and we appreciate your positive feedback if your transaction is satisfactory. Please note that we are always willing and ready to work with you on any problems you might experience. Therefore, please contact us before leaving any negative feedback.
Items that are not paid for within one week (7 days) of auction close with no contact will be re-listed.
Local pickup is welcome. Please contact us ahead of time for an appointment. We are located in College Station/Bryan area in Texas.
Any personal information customers provide to us is used strictly for internal purposes. We will not, under any circumstances, divulge a customer's personal information to any person or entity that is not directly involved in the daily operations of SURPLUS TREASURES OF TEXAS.
