Payment

Payment is due at time of purchase via PayPal. Accepted methods of payment are credit card, debit card and eCheck. Any items paid for via eCheck will be sent once the eCheck has cleared.

All orders shipped within Washington State are subject to a sales tax of 9.5%. This tax will automatically be included in your invoice.

Note: If payment has not been received, nor communication from the buyer been established within 24 hours of purchase, the transaction will be considered void. An Unpaid Item Notification will be filed with eBay and the non-paying buyer will be restricted from future purchases. We do not wish to block any buyers, so please contact us if payment cannot be processed at time of purchase.

Shipping

We ship to addresses on file with PayPal. Please check to make sure your mailing address is up-to-date before checkout. Buyers are responsible for any re-shipment fees for packages which have been returned due to an incorrect address.

Combined shipping is available!

The cost for combined shipping is based on total package weight, which is always cheaper than buying items separately. The discount will be refunded to you after your order has been shipped. For a price quote, please contact us with your location and the items you are interested in.

Domestic

Domestic orders will be sent via USPS Priority Mail. Insurance, delivery confirmation and tracking are included. Packages typically arrive within 2-3 business days.

Overnight shipping is available upon request.

International

International orders will be sent Expedited via USPS Priority Mail. Insurance and delivery confirmation are included. Packages typically arrive within 6-10 business days.

Express shipping is available upon request.

We do not offer standard airmail shipping, as the service is slow and unreliable. While it may be less expensive, the service is not guaranteed and there is no confirmation of delivery. We want to make certain we know you have received your package, and, in the event of any issue with the postal carriers, we have the necessary coverage to track your package.

International Customs Fees: International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. These fees are dependent upon the price of the item and are not included in the purchase price nor the shipping charges. Any and all charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are payable upon delivery. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so please contact your local customs office for further information before making a purchase. Customs forms will be marked truthfully and in accordance with the law. Items will be declared as "Merchandise" and the full purchase price will be disclosed. We will not identify the orders as "Gift", as doing so is strictly prohibited.

About Vintage

Condition

All of our pieces are vintage items - some dating back more than 60 years. Vintage items have had previous owners and have been washed and worn. They are not brand new. Naturally, items will show some signs of wear, some more noticeably than others. We try to offer pieces which still appear to be in great condition. In the event that a particular piece may have any noticeable flaws that affect wearability, it will be clearly noted in the condition.

Sizing

Vintage sizing standards vary from modern sizing. For this reason, we provide thorough measurements for each item. Measurements are taken from seam to seam and doubled for bust, waist and hip measurements. We also provide modern sizing suggestions, but please keep in mind these are only estimates. To get the best idea of fit we recommend comparing the given measurements with measurements of a garment you own. Remember, measurements are of the garment - please allow some room for comfort and ease of movement.

Returns

All items are sold as-is. Items have been carefully inspected, described and photographed, and thorough measurements have been provided to the best of our knowledge; therefore returns will not be granted.

Please keep in mind that our items are pre-owned and previously worn. Some signs of wear are to be expected.

Colors may be displayed differently from monitor to monitor; therefore returns will not be granted for color variations.

We work hard to represent each item thoroughly and truthfully. If, by chance, an item has been mistakenly misrepresented, returns will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order, and before leaving feedback, to inform us of the issue and allow us the opportunity to address our mistake. Return shipping charges will be the sole responsibility of the buyer.
